i18n everywhere #2
Description
It's painful to change any languages settings right now since there are several parameters :
- AWS text-to-speech voice has to change
- All the "static" text in the code must be put in JSON languages file
Something that cannot be configured from the application : google/snips ASR language, which is configured on the raspi system directly.
