Improve Responsive Toggle Bar

Description:

The toggle bar on smaller screens doesn’t cover the full width of the page and currently doesn’t have a proper button style. Its UI can be improved to look more polished, with a proper button design and a smooth animation for opening and closing.

Alternative solutions:

• Make the toggle bar cover the full width of the page.

• Give it a proper button style.

• Add a smooth animation when opening and closing.
