Slack / Discord notification when chatbot can't answer

Feature Request

Send a notification to a Slack channel or Discord webhook when the chatbot encounters a question it cannot answer confidently.

Proposed flow

1. User asks question
2. Bot confidence score is below threshold
3. Notification sent to configured Slack/Discord channel with the question
4. Human agent can jump in or add the answer to the knowledge base

Benefit

Ensures no customer query goes unanswered and continuously improves the bot's knowledge.
