GmailDelay delay is not automatically created #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the script from the remote script
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As far as I read from an external article, I though the script would have
created automatically for me the Label, whereas I had to create it manually.
What version of the product are you using?
Not sure how to check. Also I'm not sure how to access to the "settings" page
neither from within the Gmail console nor from the Google App Script. Can you
please advice?
