Blinking cursor causes a visual bug when editing text in the /settings screen #16214
Description
What happened?
When editing a setting in the /settings screen, the blinking cursor causes the currently edited text to shift back and forth by one character as it tries to right-align "text" and "text█".

What did you expect to happen?
The text shouldn't shift back and forth like that, as it's quite annoying.
