Unable to install android emulator hypervisor driver in Android Studio

So I am trying to install Android Studio inside a remote machine But every time I try to install it gives me an error like
Unable to Install Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver

I'm facing the same issue

Android SDK is up to date.
Running Android Emulator hypervisor driver installer
[SC] ControlService FAILED 1062:

The service has not been started.

[SC] DeleteService SUCCESS
[SC] StartService FAILED with error 4294967201.

windows defender was the issue all along for me.
tried fixes>
made sure virtualization in bios enabled. can see in task manager too under cpu process.
tried windows hypervisor driver in windows features. disabled hyper v.
enabled/disabled virtual machine there too. tried different combos. none worked.
now i cant have defender running, disabled memory integrity and real time protection. Astudio wont start otherwise. only a temporary fix tho. need defender.
excluded folders too. now will try to exclude processes.
