Support Windows Server 2025 DataCenter

Hi,

I try to install driver on Windows Server 2025 Data Center Edition

AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\extras\google\Android_Emulator_Hypervisor_Driver> .\silent_install.bat

and I see below error message

[SC] ControlService FAILED 1062:

The service has not been started.

[SC] DeleteService SUCCESS
[SC] StartService FAILED with error 4294967201.

I ensure to disable all Hyper-V / Linux subsystem
