Description
code : 400
message : invalid value at 'attachment.data' (TYPE_BYTES), Base64 decoding failed for "some text"
this happened when i tried to add nearby notification using attachment format from https://developers.google.com/nearby/notifications/attachment_data_format for free form app intent. The namespace and type is okay(com.google.nearby/en) but the data is causing problem. But the URL attachment was successfully added.
