Replace maximumTouches on BlocklyPanGestureRecognizer #176
Description
Currently, BlocklyPanGestureRecognizer has a maximumTouches property. This isn't totally optimal, since it's fixing multitouch on the toolbox, so we should look into a different fix to the problem that subsequent touches immediately start drags (which is desirable for the workspace, but not the toolbox.)
