Any plans to release latest version for JDK?

I can see the last version released was on Mar 2021, any plans to release new updates with latest version of BoringSSL and with other fixes/enhancement?

There was a release 2.5.3 on Aug 17, 2024 as listed in https://github.com/google/conscrypt/tags. It is just missing the entries for Maven central. See also #1366

Is this project dead ? You could fix #1124 also when publishing it.
