Are individual contributions being reviewed?

The majority of PRs are opened by the Bot, whereas the PRs opened by ICs don't seem to be getting reviewed + merged. This makes me wonder, if I make contributions to the repo, will they just sit and rot? Genuinely curious before getting involved in the repo.

we do review contributions, but they have to be ported to our internal system and then are merged by the bot (the original author is perserved). Is there a particular one that you're asking about?
