[inlining-demo] Fuchsia won't build with clang checkout provided by /third_party/clang/${platform}

Hello! When attempting building Fuchsia, clang throws this error:
cannot compress debug sections (zstd not enabled) [-Werror,-Wdebug-compression-unavailable]
You should be able to reproduce it with this setup:
Fuchsia git hash c5b68f7dd77 which uses 8280651ad57 clang hash
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

Due to this I am not able to go through the whole demo and try out MLGO as suggested.
Would immensely appreciate a fix or suggested workaround so I can see the framework in action.

There were recently some build breaking changes on the Fuchsia side, and @petrhosek has been working to fix them and then we can update the demo.

FYI ,the ghost behind the issue is me, I've merged my accounts and kept another username. I'm giving the demos another try these days. Will update with my findings.
