Fix broken build caused by outdated dependencies

Travis CI fails for Node 0.10, 0.12, and latest. I bet it is caused some severely outdated dev dependencies. We should get those updated and get the build working once again.

Not sure how you've confirmed this is done. Lots of red in Travis for this repo. Re-opening.
