Input/Output error

Hi-

I am using the recent samtools, htslib and the htslib-crypt4gh plugin.

Followed your tutorial.

But whenever I try htsfile crypt4gh:encrypted.bam, I get input/output error.

Any comments? Thanks.

Can you try again. I've updated the instructions. You need to compile with libcurl support and the HTS_PATH setting was wrong (you actually do not need it or you need to specify the correct path).

I've set up a Ubuntu 21:04 machine with all the necessary dependencies (see the docker file here). Then tested the instructions. All worked fine.
