Manual Somersloop assignment

I've read #171 and #195 where you write that the solver currently doesn't support Somersloop assignment. But what about manual Somersloop assignments?

When the tool calculates that I need x (where x > 1) of a specific building for an intermediary item, I'd like to be able to assign Somersloops to that building to double its output. That should then either result in more production (when solving for "maximize") or result in reduced inputs/requirements (when solving for "items/min").

I think only 2x production (full Somersloop slot) is needed, no in between ratios.
