Text Editor Syntax Highlighting - underscores aren't interpreted correctly

Syntax highlighting is turning everything purple after an underscore, even if that underscore is in the middle of a word or followed by whitespace. I believe the rule is that the underscore has to be the start of the line or be prefaced with whitespace to count as markdown - otherwise they're just text to be rendered undecorated, not interpreted as italicized.

Ah yes, I can see the syntax highlighting when editing is incorrect, whilst the rendering when viewing is fine.

The syntax highlighting is done by a library called highlightjs, probably somewhere around here, which would this file in the project Viewer\node_modules\highlight.js\lib\languages\markdown.js.

I tried sticking a word boundary \b in the regex but didn't seem to do much. If you have a fix let me know, otherwise you'll have to wait until highlight fix it or I get time to look at it properly.
