Create editor

Users should be able to cut their unpublished timelapses. If a recording includes something the user does not want to be public, they can simply cut a portion of the timelapse out. This will cause the snapshots and associated video frames to be deleted.

We should implement this with some sort of edit list that we would put into ffmpeg.
