Some method for doing change of variables (as a command) still needed

See the discussion in PR #142 amongst other things.  Some relations between distributions cannot be witnessed otherwise.

There is/was code to do this (on the Maple side), but has likely bit-rotted. Need to resurrect it. And then hook it in.
