Print Copy Link Dead #365

I tried clicking on the following link and it doesn't launch to a print site.
You may obtain the written materials by purchasing a ($55) print copy,
I'm more than happy to pay for a print copy, but I see in the following that printing and binding the book for my own use is acceptable:
"You may not charge a fee for printed versions, though you can print it for your own use." was in a prior version of the book:
