Addition of NOT condition in Triggers

I have some triggers set, but there are certain conditions that fit the criteria but I want the alerts to disregard. Is it possible to add a NOT operator to defining triggers?

Some conditions where this makes sense already have a "not" version (see the end of the conditions list, "not Callsign" etc.). What are you trying to achieve?

I'd set an alert for certain states for doing POTA WAS, but certain trails would alert that include the trigger state, even though that state isn't being activated.
Rather than having individual triggers of "NOT callsign" or "NOT prefix", it would seem more intuitive to have a NOT checkbox to invert the logic of that one condition.
