Fine by me – “NG” was just intended as a working title for the first major overhaul of HamAlert in 8 years. But I can live with V2 as well :) |

Great to see all the ideas that Manuel has for the app. With regard to naming, can I suggest that major version numbers would be better for big changes, so, V2, V3, with routine changes being minor version numbers.
I really like the HamAlert-NG name, but if we have a major change in the future, would we call that HamAlert-NG-NG?
What does anyone think? It's early days, but it would be good to get this sorted, so we can have a roadmap.
