Make landing page for hapi-server project more appealing for newcomers

Sheng at Goddard requested that a clear landing page be developed, which might be hapi-server.org, but even that page should be made a bit more appealing. I think with some introductory text outlining the problem HAPI solves and a few graphics would help tell the story.
