Ability to select who will be set in assignedTo of the document

Problem description

As a User A in the policy i would like to select who will be set in assignedTo of the document so i can display the document with assigned filter in his documentSource.

Requirements

The one block for reassigning document to the specific user or role inside the policy would be great to have
