Avro not compatible with Windows 11

I am trying to run the avrogo command, but i get an error!
`\avrogo.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher`

My OS version:

Can you tell me what i can do to fix this?
