Heroku click to deploy causes Application Error

App installs ok with one click deploy without errors, but when run the application crashes

Starting process with command node lib/worker.js

Thanks for opening! This example has been languishing for a while and needs some love. I'll try to give it a refresh soon.

@hunterloftis It's been almost a year. While I know refactoring code is often time-consuming, could you possibly enumerate the changes you would make?

It is interesting to note that locally it is working in my setup. The only change I had to make was to update the following package "mongoose": "~4.4",. Unfortunately when I try to run by the server url it doesn't work though.
