Custom keyboard shortcut to open in the same dir?

Would it be possible to make it so that we can choose when to open in the same dir or not by way of a keyboard shortcut? E.g. `cmd + t` opens up a tab in the `initialWorkingDirectory`, while `cmd + control + t` opens a new tab in the current dir.

The shortcuts are just random examples, and it might be nice to be able to customize them. Not sure if this is possible but it would be neat!
