Wouldn't it be better if we could use this tool on a CI server and be able to update the build number everytime the code is pushed.

Rightnow it asks for a confirmation from the user before updating the version. A --quiet flag would be appropriate for this, don't you think?

If you don't need confirmation, you can use npm version.

This would be really useful because we use Mercurial on a CI server and we would like to auto bump on in the CI task rather than locally.
