profile infos , logout button , edit profile button : haven't been showing

i have an issue in showing profile info and the edit/logout buttons

Its not an issue, While visiting the users route for seeing the screams posted by particular a user... It will be like this only
If you are logged in from User A, then how can you logout from User B's profile page
