can't place certain cable types

figured I'd make this an issue since nobody seems to have mentioned it...

so far I've been unable to place down quantum cables and advanced cable clusters.

was trying to figure out how to link the quantum cables when I found not being able to place them was actually a bug.

EDIT: this doesn't occur in version 0.1.9, only in 0.2.0
