Feature request: DTLS support for UDP

Hi, Thanks for your good work.
Would you please add the DTLS feature for UDP? Though not popular as SSL/TLS, DTLS provides similar security guarantees.
OpenSSL and most other TLS libraries support DTLS similarly as TLS. So DTLS might be added along the way of SSL/TLS in stone.
