Translation academy and links into Twords and Tnotes

1) We come across links in the content of the tools. These links are currently not working
2) tW - "see also": following hyperlinks does not work. in the first version we don't do this.
To resolve this issue we need to include in project Translation Academy.
We resolve this in Level.bible - look like example
