Custom exception fingerprinting

The Posthog server side exception fingerprinting doesn't work very well in our hacky case currently. It can be overridden by setting `$exception_fingerprint` on the event, which we should do. It should also be possible to override the fingerprint from a client user perspective (for example if you want to do more aggressive grouping).
