add stop button to finding particles #2

Sometimes we start searching for particles... but then we realize that we asked for too much and it's taking a long time. Right now the workaround is to close the program and restart it (and load the project from saved files.
It would be nice to have a stop button. I'm saying stop instead of cancel because any work already done should be saved. If the tracking gets through frames 1 to 800 out of 1000 total frames before I click STOP, then we should have the info for the first 800 frames.
This might be complicated if we also implement parallel processing.
