Highlight border when hovering the bars

Marking a bar or bar sector works just good. Would be nice to have a highlight rectangle when mouse hovering them.

Yes, I would also like to show corresponding tooltip for that bar segment.

With CSS filter you can add an outline to a svg rect, but the gap cannot be transparent, but needs to be defined color. White is not fully correct in case of stacked bars
