Add entity uuid completion to info logs

In addition to the existing logs when an entity is enqueued, adding a log for when an entity completes would be useful. Additionally, as job_id (possibly to be renamed reference_id) is only associated with the initial reindex request, having it log every subsequent associated entity is not super helpful and clogs the logs. Consider removing that log.
