Clarify install process in README

For the noobs among us, the readme install process would be much better updated to:

1. make
2. sudo make install

I'm interested, why sudo make?

Technically doesn't have to be, my focus was more on making it obvious there are two separate commands to run (instead of c/p make sudo make install).
