OutofMemoryException

First of all, thank you for providing this code, it's great 

Here is my problem:
I can build the app and start it, load the login page, but then it freezes at throws following exception:

Exception in thread "http-bio-8080-exec-7" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

Is there a Tomcat setting i am missing?
