Hello,
I just ran into your project while poking around for cBio related things on github. I'm actively working on the OncoPrint and I was wondering what you had in mind for the OncoPrint part of the JavaScript API client.
I'm happy to see that you did this and I hope that the cBioPortal will be able to pull out its JavaScript API client code at some point. Maybe we can join forces on this.
