Status of development

What exactly is going on with this package? It's been a long time since there was any activity, and there are open issues that haven't been dealt with. I'd love to use this package for personal development, but I'd really prefer it if there was a new tagged release with up-to-date dependencies.

The same also applies to the parity library.

Hi there,

Many of the icecave packages were created to serve a need in commercial products for my day job. This package is one of them. It's not abandoned, I simply haven't had a need to advance it. I'm happy to address any specific outstanding issues that are preventing you from using the package.

In regards to the dependencies, (repr and parity), neither have changed major versions, and as such the constraints in the composer file will match the latest tags.

Ideally I'd like a new tagged version that had things such as the performance improvements in #75 brought in, and the various dependencies updated again to better integrate with projects using more up to date versions of the same packages.
