Organize the repo

Organize stuff, decide on what frameworks to use (any MVC stuff, bootstrap vs. normalize).

I'm going to vote:

• we should use normalize, and then use take away a few components from Bootstrap when we need them (i.e. buttons).
• we should use stylus for the styling
