"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'uri')" when ignoring warnings

When I try to ignore warnings across the document or across the repo for inclusive terms and hyphenation issues, I receive the message: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'uri')", and the checker continues to flag the term or hyphenation issue.

Is it on a new unsaved document or is the document already saved on disk?
