[Many Prefixes Feature] Order prefixes by alphabet, number and/or manually

Hello. While I added some prefixes, for example "3.3.5", "4.0.1" and "4.0.3" (in that order) I noticed that they could end up like this when you were to choose them:
"4.0.1
3.3.5
4.0.3"

Also with stuff like D and B and so on, the D appears first etc.

If I delete all the prefixes and add them again, they may return another order. There it would be very cool if it was possible to make an order :)
