[Topic Prefixe Feature] Combo text + background color

Just got the idea while reviewing the issue page. It would be quite interesting to have the ability to make 'labels' with a defined background color + text, like github. It would be unique and it will look nice. I've checked and it seems that it uses the "one pixel notched corners" method as trick, so you would have a nice label with rounded corners. ( here a site explaining a bit, as example, though on this site it uses some div, I don't know much about that)

I want really to see this feature ! :P

That's a good idea as well, using "labels" like in GMail. I also like the list on the side of the page where you can click on one to view all of the issues/topics with that label.

I'll mark this as planned for later, though, since i'm trying to get RC7 out sometime soon. :P
