Get rid of the Pause-Button

Hi,
im using pisignage as a solution for a flexible pi-based photoframe. As such the pisignage removes the cursor/mouse from screen in display mode. It seems so as it stays in the middle of the screen and so immichFrame keeps showing the "pause" symbol in the middle.

Is there a way to remove the pause sign? Custom CSS? or any other Idea?

Some used to use Unclutter to hide the mouse. Think it requires X11 though:
sudo apt install -y unclutter-xfixes

Still it seems the position of the not-showing mouse seems to initiate the event in the browser.

I'm not used to svelte - is there a way to set a config so that 'overlay-controls.svelte' is not imported?

Yeah the mouse is hidden, but it's still there. You could use xdotool to move the mouse offscreen:
sudo apt-get install xdotool
xdotool mousemove 0 0
You would have to script this at startup

i think you could just hide the pause button also with custom CSS:

display: none !important;
}
