Feature Request: Overlay Frame and/or Matt

Description

I have recently been looking at using my TV to display fine art. I thought it would be a great feature to be able to optionally have an option within the Immich Frame app to have: (a) a photo-realistic frame, and/or (b) a photo-realistic matt. The app could come with a small selection of standard frames/matts, and users could also provide their own, or perhaps digitally modify them on the fly (color/tone, saturation, etc). In the example of a TV, I may have it physically framed with wood, so would only want to have a Matt, whereas others may use the option to have a fancy gold frame and a white Matt. For initial simplicity, the frames could be limited to standard TV aspect ratios, so that they stay photo-realistic and "scale" properly when overlaid on top of the actual images being displayed.
