Hi,

I wondered if the cellular niche option accounts for multiple images in an adata object?

If coming from squidpy, these are usually indicated in something like the library_id column of an anndata table formed from merging the cell segmentations of multiple image adata tables.

I think you can achieve this by adding a transformation to the coordinates you use in adata.obsm['X_spatial'] per image so that your x/y coordinates don't overlap (and not within radius of each other) for any image.
