[Bug]: After a while and when unlocking the session contrast/gamma gets brown up

• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Text gets almost unreadable

How to Reproduce?

1. Lock the session with helium open (super+L)
2. Unlock the session
3. Try to read

Expected behavior

Not having to restart helium

This might be similar/related to a HDR-related issue on Brave (another Chrome-based browser).

The issue I had was when using more than one disply where one of the displays is HDR-capable, and I had KDE desktop dim after the default 5 minutes. When moving the mouse to brighten the screen, the webpage is overbright, though the rest of the desktop is fine. This used to happen a lot when playing a youtube video as I recall.

There are plenty of potenital fixes out there, but I just disabled the automatic screen dimming :-)
