[Bug][Vertical tabs]: When unpinning a pinned tab, the tab does not display fully and becomes scrollable

• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

When unpinning a pinned tab, the tab does not display fully and becomes scrollable

How to Reproduce?

1. Open only one tab
2. Pin this tab
3. Unpin the tab

Actual behavior

The tab does not display fully and is scrollable, showing a scrollbar

Expected behavior

It should display fully, without scrolling
