[auth] refactor blockstack auth

Auth in `App.jsx` is pretty awful right now, primarily a lot of logic to switch between IPFS, blockstack guest mode, and blockstack auth mode. Streamline this to display IPFS stuff by default, and option to sign in via blockstack. Probably get rid of the landing page too
