Integration with MLFlow Registry

Hi,
I could not find any documentation how this can be used to integrate with MLFlow . Can you please point me to any available documentation on how this can be used alongside Mlflow ? I am looking to see if we can setup a webhook when a new model is tagged with Production ready. Please let me know,
